First contact stays simple.
The public pages can be read without handing over contact details. A follow-up request asks only for basic contact details, the broad topic and the preferred contact method.
Current approach
- Ask for minimal first contact information.
- Keep detailed personal circumstances out of the public marketing form.
- Use source and page context to understand which guide prompted a follow-up request.
- Use the page and source context only to route the follow-up request appropriately.
First contact fields
The current handoff form asks for first name, topic interest, preferred contact method, email and phone. Detailed case information belongs in the later professional conversation.
