If you choose to send an enquiry, Ralenvo Limited, operating under the Ralenvo brand, collects only your first name, email address and broad topic for review. Submission does not transfer information to an adviser. Optional analytics remains inactive. Hosting and security systems may process technical requests and use cookies.

Reading these guides does not require a name, contact method, case facts, policy details, health information or financial information.
Searching the directory
Guide search and topic filters work in the browser memory while the page is open. Search terms are not submitted, stored in local or session storage, written to a cookie or sent to an external service.
Sending an enquiry to Ralenvo
Ralenvo Limited, operating under the Ralenvo brand, is the agency that collects and holds the enquiry information. Its correspondence address is 13 Bathurst Crescent, Pokeno, New Zealand. The enquiry form sends your first name, email address and broad topic to Ralenvo's encrypted WordPress owner dashboard. Providing these details is voluntary. If you do not provide all required fields, Ralenvo cannot receive, review or respond to your enquiry. Ralenvo uses the information for owner review, to contact you about the enquiry and to consider whether a separately permissioned professional introduction may be appropriate. Initial recipients are the authorised Ralenvo operator using the owner dashboard and hosting or security providers only as needed to operate and protect it. After the record is committed, an owner notification containing only an opaque lead reference and authenticated dashboard link may be sent to support@ralenvo.com. Do not include documents or sensitive case details. No information is sent to an adviser when you submit the form. You may ask to access or correct your information by contacting privacy@ralenvo.com.
Permission before any manual handoff
Before any manual transfer, Ralenvo shows the named recipient, purpose, exact information to be shared and any material fee or commercial disclosure. You must actively approve that exact proposal. Initial enquiry permission is not permission to forward information, and automatic adviser forwarding is disabled.
Contact and retention
Ralenvo is operated by its owner. Privacy enquiries and requests for access or correction can be sent to privacy@ralenvo.com, which is monitored. Do not send passports, medical records or detailed personal cases to this general contact.
Routine enquiry, permission, withdrawal and manual-handoff audit records may be retained for up to seven calendar years after the last substantive event. This supports enquiry handling, an accurate permission and withdrawal record, manual-handoff administration, and related access, correction, complaint, dispute, security or legal matters. Seven years is a maximum, not a minimum or a claimed statutory requirement. Ralenvo may delete records earlier when they are no longer required for a lawful purpose. A documented legal, privacy, security or dispute hold may require a particular record to be kept longer while that continuing purpose applies. Privacy correspondence is managed separately under its own seven-year maximum. Hostinger technical-log retention is separate and is not represented as seven years.
This correspondence period does not describe Hostinger technical-log retention. Hostinger supplies website hosting. Its hosting panel lists the website server in Arizona, USA and backups in Boston, USA, as checked on 19 October 2026. Delivery and security systems may process IP addresses, browser details, requested addresses and request times. Contact privacy@ralenvo.com for information about the actual hosting processing and retention arrangements.
Optional analytics and automatic adviser forwarding remain inactive. Reading guides or using directory search does not submit an enquiry. A form submission goes only to Ralenvo for owner review. Any later manual handoff requires a named proposal and separate exact-scope permission.
